I’ll do my best to take advantage of this great opportunity that I have been offered and for which I want to thank the Schmidt Racing team and all my sponsors, who have made this possible.”

"Of course it is never ideal to change teams during the season, but I am sure

that together with Schmidt Racing, Kyle can start to, firstly, enjoy his racing again and also

reach his full potential in a new team that shares the same goals as him!" added reigning Champion Jonathan Rea, who works with his young fellow Brit. "I would like to thank Robert and the team at Schmidt Racing, Dorna and everyone who has made this possible and who believe in Kyle as one of the most talented young riders in the world."
